The color and taste of natural honey

The color of honey, like its other characteristics, is very variable. Natural honey varies from almost colorless, pea yellow to dark brown. In general, color and taste are dependent on each other, so light honeys have a mild taste and dark honeys have a spicy taste.

to determine the quality of honey. Usually, consumers in Iran like the dark red color of agate, the aroma and taste, like its color, is suitable for the plant used by the bee, so the question arises, what is the criterion for determining the quality of honey?

The fact of this matter is that it is not possible to determine whether the honey is of high quality or not from the color of the product. The best way is to take a sample to the laboratory and there you can determine the quality of that honey by examining the results of the test sheet.

Please don’t use the old and traditional methods like sugaring and… as your criteria, these are incorrect
